Sean Bulla, PE

Principal Designer/Developer

Sean Bulla has a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin with over 20 years of experience in government defense, oil and gas, water/wastewater, and construction industries.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado, Missouri, and Texas; and an ISO CAT III Vibration Analyst and Level III Thermographer.

Previous Project Experience:

  • Front-end cooling of an airfoil in supersonic flight
  • Planarization of a bow shock at Mach 5
  • Utilization of thermal exhaust energy from a turbofan jet engine
  • Trocar stem valve
  • Asphalt loading rack vapor recovery system
  • Nanoparticulate material production
  • Hydraulic splitter (to balance water inlet loading)
  • Pump stations
  • Gravity sewer collection systems
  • Force mains
  • Micro-scale heat sink
  • Thermal/pressure exhaust system for a blast chamber

Current Project Experience:

  • First principles modeling of engineering systems with a novel approach to the mathematics of reacting systems
